DATA PROCESSING AGREEMENT

This Data Processing Agreement describes the baseline data-processing terms that apply when Yeteex acts as a processor or sub-processor for business partners, creators with separate enterprise arrangements, or other contractual integrations.
1. Parties and scope

The specific controller, dataset, processing purpose, retention window, and transfer regime are defined in the applicable commercial agreement or order form.
2. Processing commitments
- process personal data only on documented instructions;
- apply appropriate technical and organizational security measures;
- limit internal access to personnel with a need to know;
- support data-subject requests and incident response where contractually required;
- delete or return data at the end of services, subject to legal retention duties.
3. Sub-processors and transfers
We may rely on infrastructure, analytics, notification, anti-fraud, and payment vendors as sub-processors where necessary for the service. Cross-border transfers, if any, are handled under the safeguards required by the applicable law and contract.
